**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Lead Hand to join our team in this pivotal role, you will oversee operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely while upholding The Curbinator's high standards of quality.
**Responsibilities**

**Curbinator is looking for motivated and qualified water and sewer Top Man in Edmonton and Area**

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- 3 years relevant experience
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects for full day shifts
- Follow all safety and job procedures,
- Valid driver's license and means of transportation.
- CSTS certification or ability to achieve.
- Motivated and can-do attitude
- Ground disturbance certifications

**Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or landscaping industry.**
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience operating heavy equipment.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with excavation processes and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license; additional certifications related to heavy machinery operation are a plus.
