professionals, Armour is presently seeking a** Human Resources Administrator**.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HR Administrator will support the HR team
with reporting, communications, and overall organizational tasks.

**As HR Administrator, you’ll get to**:

- Support the HR team with pulling and inputting data into Dayforce, the HRIS system
- Support the HR team with onboarding new employees including; new hire equipment

set up, office tour, first day message, resource binder, meeting space bookings,

confirming attendees, etc
- Generate reports for data analyzing
- Send memos and regular communications on behalf of the HR team as advised
- Oversee invoices for HR expenses
- Ad hoc recruitment support including; resume screenings, job postings, contract

creation, job offers, reference and background checks, updating recruitment boards.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Educational background in Human Resources Management is considered an asset
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Exemplary understanding of and commitment to confidentiality
- A can-do attitude and are looking to grow their human resources knowledge
