**Technical Lead, Technology Risk Management, Brampton, Ontario**
As the Technical Lead, Technology Risk Management, reporting into the Director, Technology Risk, you will lead the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) pillar within Technology Risk, facilitating the execution and successful delivery of multiple risk management and reporting initiatives across Loblaw Technology and Analytics (LTA). This exciting opportunity will allow you to engage with a variety of stakeholders and management teams across LTA and the business
**What You Will Do**:
- Lead LTA’s GRC program including maintaining the risk & controls repository
- Deliver insightful technology risk reports including trends and dashboards for various stakeholders
- Maintain and improve the integrity and accuracy of all risk related data within the GRC system - risk and controls register update, complete and accurate issue log and intake process management
- Work with internal and external parties to enhance GRC tools including coordinating the roll out of automation and integrated workflows for risk assessments, coordinating user training, managing configuration updates/intake requests etc.
- Maintain the technology risk management standard and methodology ensuring thought leadership in strong industry and internal risk practices
- Serve as the lead risk management contact within LTA for internal and external auditors, regulators and business stakeholders - coordinate, complete assessment questionnaires, escalate, resolve challenges, influence selection criteria, etc.
**What You Bring**:
- Hands on experience in technology and cyber security controls testing and/or technology risk management, typically gained through a 2nd or 3rd line risk management, audit, assurance or advisory type role
- Solid understanding of IT risk and control frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ISF, ISO 27001/2, NIST) and regulations (e.g. 52-109, PCI, OSFI) typically gained by having a professional certification (e.g. CRISC, CISA) and/or related experience
- Working knowledge of a GRC tool
- Expert written and verbal skills
- Recognized for taking initiative and delivering quality work with special attention to details and continuous improvements
- Known for interpersonal and communication skills that cultivate positive working relationships
