The objective for this role is to enable and equip our team with an excellent individual who is capable of leading software related projects from end to end considering complex business requirements, strict quality standards and aggressive project timelines.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for successful delivery of software and infrastructure related projects of varying complexity. You will develop and manage all aspects of project engagement from planning, communications, resources, budget, risks, external vendor relationships, and issues. You will work closely with our technical team in charge of design implementations and will be expected to collaborate with other teams such as Product, QA, and internal/external stakeholders.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Develop and maintain project plans, prepare project status reports, and keep project stakeholders informed of the status.
- Maintain the day-to-day operation of projects ensuring that all projects are reliably delivered on time, on budget and with a high standard of quality
- Track key project milestones and proactively adjust project plans and/or resources to meet conditions and changes in project scope
- Conduct in-depth client interviews to determine scope, priority, and constraints of business needs
- Lead the development of project charters, business case documents and cost justifications
- Engage IT and business stakeholders and other strategic partners to support the functional design and delivery of enterprise solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines.
- Hold business stakeholders accountable for deliverables and work with them to assess and course correct as necessary to resolve issues.
- Create clear and attainable project deliverables, based on project requirements, translates technical tasks into understandable tasks and milestones

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, computer science or another related field
- 3+ years’ experience with technology related software projects Infrastructure, Web, or Cloud Applications
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DEVOps)
- Experience with IT governance and the system development life cycle, (planning, analyzing, testing, and designing IT solutions).
- Ability to learn custom solutions in-depth (features, functionalities) and assist with UAT
- A strategic mindset, capable of connecting business outcomes to technology solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of communicating technical and non-technical information effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated, capable of taking initiative to proactively solve problems and identify solutions with mínimal oversight.
