*Job Summary*

*Duties*
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with medication administration as needed
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Engage clients in social activities and community outings
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for clients

*Qualifications*
- Experience in group homes, assisted living facilities, or long-term care settings preferred
- Knowledge of direct support practices and techniques
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of social work principles
- Certification in medication administration is a plus
- Familiarity with home and community care services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
