Who We Are Looking For: Certified Health Care Assistants (HCAs), experienced Caregivers, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and Companions Individuals available for daytime shifts (weekend availability preferred) Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Comfortable working with seniors in their homes and communities Able to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening Friendly, compassionate, and dependable individuals What You Will Be Doing: Assisting clients with daily routines, personal care, and mobility support Providing meaningful companionship and social engagement Completing light housekeeping tasks, preparing meals, and offering medication reminders Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or leisure activities Encouraging independence, dignity, and joy during every visit What We Offer: Flexible casual daytime shifts A supportive, people-first team environment Competitive hourly rates ($20–$26) based on experience Meaningful work that impacts local seniors and families Opportunities for ongoing training and development Apply NowBe part of a team that puts people first.
