**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Communicate product knowledge and features to customers effectively.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all customer needs are met promptly.
- Handle transactions accurately using basic math skills.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone with proper phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 22 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
