We are looking for a **Mobile Service Coordinator** to join our growing team your responsibilities would include:

- Answering service calls from customers requiring road side or onsite trailer maintenance
- Creating and managing mobile work orders related to the service calls
- Assist with assigning third party vendors or internal mobile team to service calls
- Track third party vendor performance and provide reporting as needed
- Assist with maintaining service records in maintenance system (Karmak)

**What we are looking for**:

- Ontario Secondary School; Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Previous experience in a customer service role considered an asset
- Knowledge of transportation industry considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
