Job Description
**Responsibilities**
- Drive a collaborative sales culture that delivers results across all MLSE brands including, but not limited to, the Toronto Raptors, Maple Leafs, TFC, Argos, LIVE and other Premium products
- Develop and implement a business plan focused on the renewal and new sales cycles of Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field suite leases
- Assist in running our rental business to increase revenue on non-leased suites
- Work collaboratively with the Suites Service group to provide support and deliver an outstanding service experience to existing Suite-holders
- Liaise with internal and external partners on projects involving premium spaces at Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field
- Lead departmental financial budget and reporting practices
- Mentor and empower a team of Account Managers to achieve team and sales objectives, along with personal and professional development goals
- Develop innovative sales programs to work towards our goals and support Account Managers
- Liaise and develop strong working relationships with all MLSE departments
Qualifications
- A post-secondary degree or related experience in sports business
- A minimum of 4 years demonstrated success in sales and shown success in a leadership capacity
- A values-based approach and keen interest in developing the careers of others
- An innovative and enthusiastic approach to B2B/new business development
- An ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction
- Strong project management skills
- Effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- A preference for the team approach to selling
- Organized, self-motivated and a creative problem solver
- Proven track record to meet established goals and deadlines while being alert to change
- Ability to work game nights as required
