**Job Summary**:
As a Compliance Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in monitoring and maintaining compliance with a wide range of regulations. You’ll ensure our driver and Independent Contractor files adhere to established processes, procedures, and protocols—covering everything from OH&S, Driver Qualification, HTA and MTO DOT to FMCSA and internal policies. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for keeping things running smoothly, this role could be the perfect fit

**A Few Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and Maintain: Ensure driver and Independent Contractor files meet U.S. DOT regulations and Tandet’s stringent safety qualifications
- Review and Audit: Regularly audit driver files for completeness and accuracy, maintaining impeccable records.
- Monitor Compliance: Stay on top of regulations, identify compliance concerns, and proactively report to the Manager.
- Fines & Convictions: Research, track, and respond to any fines or convictions, ensuring timely reporting and resolution
- Drug & Alcohol Program: Administer and monitor pre-employment and random drug tests as part of our ongoing safety initiatives

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- Compliance: 1 year (preferred)
