**Summary**
As an Assistant Condominium Manager at Glendale Properties Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our property management team. This position is essential for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient management of our properties. Your primary role as an Assistant Condominium Manager would be to assist the condominium manager with the management of a portfolio of residential townhouse Condominiums in Toronto, ON.
**Duties and responsibilities include**:
- Day to day operations of the assigned corporations
- Responding to Owner issues
- Overseeing financial operations and coding of invoices using Shiftsuite and SparcPay software systems and working with board members and accounting department to ensure smooth processing of invoices to vendors
- Managing relationships with directors, owners, and contractors
- Obtain quotations for repairs and maintenance of the common elements
- Preparation of annual operating budgets
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes and attending board meetings and annual general meetings
- Negotiating contracts and overseeing contractors
- Working with Engineers to ensure large scale projects are completed on time and within scope
- Ensuring compliance with the Declaration, By-laws and Rules of the Corporation
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Post secondary education from a College or University,
- Two years experience in Condominium Management is preferred but not required;
- Enrolment or completion of the Ontario Condominium Management and Administration program at Humber College;
- Limited or General License from the CMRAO;
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required;
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and capable of self management and prioritization to ensure deadlines are met;
- Great team-player with strong sense of responsibility;
- access to vehicle to drive to sites as required to meet with board or trades;
- Desire to take on leadership role as our business expands.
**Compensation**:$60,000.00 per year.
