Island Beach Company is looking for friendly team members in Halifax who love to help people. Whether you’re experienced or just enthusiastic, join us to make shopping a breeze for every visitor - locals and tourists alike

**Your Workday Might Include**:

- Greeting shoppers and helping answer questions about products, promotions, or beach gear.
- Ringing up sales at the register and assisting with exchanges or returns.
- Sharing advice on merchandise to help guests discover the perfect beach essentials.
- Keeping quick notes when needed so no customer request gets missed.
- Assisting with displays to keep the store looking its best.
- Jumping in with the team to solve any hiccups and ensure smooth store operations.

If you’re positive, can work with people, and are happy to learn new things, you’re welcome here Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required - just bring a good attitude and we’ll teach you the rest.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
