As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and detail-orientated individuals to join our Surveillance team.

**Position overview**:
As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring the Casino floor and various areas through a network of cameras and security systems to detect suspicious activities, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and maintain a safe environment for all guests and employees.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Operate and Monitor Surveillance cameras and systems to observe activities throughout the casino.
- Detect and document irregular or suspicious behavior, including cheating, theft, and other violations.
- Collaborate with security and other departments to respond to incidents as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed reports of surveillance footage and incidents.
- Assist in monitoring gaming activities to ensure compliance with AGLC policies.
- Communicate effectively with management and security teams to escalate issues and concerns.
- Ensure the integrity and security of surveillance equipment and systems.
- Adhere to all company and AGLC policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a surveillance or security role preferred, especially in a casino or gaming environment.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, security equipment, and video monitoring software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot irregularities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
