**Here’s what your daily tasks will look like in your new role**:

- Answer customer calls and welcome them to our showroom.
- Revise, proofread and correct correspondence, presentations, brochures, publications or any other type of internal document in French and English.
- Manage and distribute postal and electronic mail.
- Ensure internal communications and update documents.
- Prepare the conference room and showroom for meetings with our customers.
- Receive payments from our customers by telephone via the credit card terminal.
- Plan, organize and confirm meetings in the general calendar and coordinate the links in ZOOM and TEAMS.
- Prepare, participate and record minutes of weekly and monthly meetings.
- Prepare and organize shipments by courier.
- Perform other related administrative tasks to assist your colleagues in their duties (filing, archiving, etc.).

**Your profile matches this**:

- You are perfectly bilingual (French and English) both written and spoken.
- You have a diploma in administration or other relevant certification.
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in general administration or secretarial.
- You are proficient in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the functions of ZOOM and TEAMS.
- You have experience with an ERP system and an accounting software (an asset).
- You are a hard-working person with interpersonal skills and empathy.
- You are an autonomous, resourceful person with a keen sense of observation.
- You have good organizational and planning skills with a strong attention to detail.
