Medical Aesthetician (Casual Leading to Full-Time - **Growth Opportunity)**

Location: Downtown Markham, Ontario

Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and creative **Medical Aesthetician** to take the lead in building and growing the aesthetics side of our brand-new Medical Aesthetics and Wellness Clinic in the fast growing community of Downtown Markham.

This is a **casual position to start**, ideal for someone eager to perform treatments, help create a strong client base, and play an important role in shaping our clinic’s presence both in person and online. You’ll have the chance to grow your clientele, showcase your creativity, and develop your career as the clinic expands.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical aesthetic services such as laser hair removal (required twice per month to start)
- Provide professional skincare consultations and customized facial or body treatments
- Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and wellness programs
- Promote aesthetic and wellness services to new and existing clients
- Create and post engaging social media content for the clinic (2-4 hours per week)
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Contribute ideas for new promotions, services, and marketing initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Medical Aesthetician diploma or certificate from a recognized program
- Experience in laser treatments or facials is an asset; **training provided on existing devices**:

- Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients feel their best
- Social media experience (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) is an advantage
- Friendly, professional, and self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with initiative to grow your clientele
- Available two times per month for laser hair removal clients (hours may increase with demand)
