Junior/assistant Property Manager

Magsen Realty looking for an assistant for our property manager or a junior property manager to assist in managing our company portfolio of 300+ properties in the Lower Mainland. Offices located in Vancouver and Richmond. We need an individual who is able to communicate effectively with clients and able to work in a dynamic environment. He/she will also need to have a keen eye on spotting problems. Will include weekend hours.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- conduct showings and (if licensed) inspections of rental properties
- small errands and courier documents
- assist in resolving problems
- correspond with landlords and tenants
- correspond with contractors for maintenance and repairs
- filing and data input
- report to property manager and coordinate with management team
- respond to after hour emergency phone calls
Ideal Qualifications and Skills:
- time management skills
- problem solving skills
- must have valid BC Driver's Licence
- must have own vehicle
- knowledge in basic computer software e.g. MS Office
- proficiency in English language
- BCFSA property management licence an asset
- ability to communicate in secondary language an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $39,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
