**Key Responsibilities**
- Balancing of the current inventory levels of our 3PLs and determining the replenishment necessary to maintain optimal stock for fulfillment
- Reassess the accuracy of inventory forecasts on a weekly basis to ensure current purchase orders meet the needs of consumer demands
- Collaborate with Creative and Finance to manage inventory, optimize sales and cost provide insight into the replenishment of goods to our 3PLs.
- Determining where to allocate shipments based on the current inventory levels and optimize warehouse inventory for the fulfillment of orders.
- Conducting ongoing inventory cycle counts to maintain the accuracy of inventory levels and determine any discrepancies.
- Corresponding with suppliers to ensure materials and products are completed according to agreed timelines and meet the needs of replenishment
- Sourcing and arranging FCLs and FTLs to facilitate the prompt delivery of goods
- Identify any potential risks to the overall product supply chain and develop contingency plans. Initiate & lead supply prioritization/de-risk discussions during capacity constrained periods.
- Support the Operations Team with Ad-hoc projects structured to locate overall inefficiencies and determine new ideas to improve current processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvements that in turn drive program enhancements and the development of new and innovative processes
- Balance strategic thinking and focus on long-term goals, with hands on day-to-day execution of process improvement projects
