We’re looking for a smart, driven operator to step into a vital role at the heart of our business. As Mother’s Promise continues to grow, this position has evolved to become one of the most critical in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and our big-picture goals stay on track.
Working directly with the CEO and COO, you’ll be exposed to all areas of the business—Amazon operations, supply chain, marketing, product launches, and more. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ready to learn fast, grow quickly, and make a tangible difference every single day.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Amazon Account & Marketing Operations**
- Manage Amazon Seller Central account: listing health, catalog updates, and performance
- Maintain our outstanding Account Health Rating and handle support interactions as needed
- Oversee and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for ROAS and sales growth
- Support product launches and review generation campaigns
- Assist with influencer campaigns and UGC recruitment
**Supply Chain & Inventory Management**
- Track and coordinate product shipments across multiple vendors and locations
- Maintain accurate logs of stock levels, order flow, and documentation
- Submit and track reimbursement claims with fulfillment centers for lost inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, documents, and delivery timelines
- Prepare recurring reports (inventory status, COGs, order forecasts) for leadership
- Forecast demand and help identify when to reorder or adjust lead times
**Business & Admin Operations**
- Analyze profitability and assist in pricing strategy and product research
- Help forecast budget and expenses using data from sales, COGs, and trends
- Maintain clean, organized records for supply chain and compliance
- Support various business and administrative projects as they arise
**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year of experience in supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce operations
- Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and basic PPC concepts (or a hunger to learn quickly)
- Tech-savvy: Excel/Google Sheets, project management tools, etc.
- Extremely organized, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and cross-functional)
- Comfortable wearing many hats, juggling tasks, and adapting on the fly
- A keen eye for detail and pride in doing things right the first time
