Computer Network Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and troubleshoot operating systems, network systems, software, and hardware
- Perform remote and onsite technical troubleshooting for our clients
- Monitor system operations to detect potential problems
- Travel to client sites to perform essential onsite work when needed
- Build and maintain rapport with our clients
- Assist in updating and maintaining technical knowledge base
- Work rotating on-call evening and weekend shifts

**Qualifications**:

- University and/or college accreditation in Computer Systems Networking, Computer Systems Technician, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or related discipline; post-graduate certifications an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a client-facing technical services role
- Strong technical troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Proficiency with ConnectWise an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $66,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
