We’re looking for a General Manager to join and strengthen our close-knit team. **What You’ll Do**:
Financial Management
- Oversee KPIs and benchmarks to track business performance.
- Lead budgeting, strategic planning, and month-end processes.
- Manage financial relationships with banks and key partners and oversee payables.
Team Leadership
- Attract and retain top talent through strategic recruitment and innovative retention efforts.
- Support employee growth by overseeing onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
- Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration, addressing employee needs with care and compassion.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor production metrics, inventory, and payroll to maintain efficiency.
- Analyze customer satisfaction metrics to enhance client loyalty.
- Implement LEAN management principles to improve processes and reduce waste.
Leadership & Strategy
- Work closely with the owner on strategic planning and provide regular performance updates.
- Participate in management meetings and mentor team members to achieve their best.
Business Development
- Represent our company at networking events, luncheons, and industry conferences.
- Strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals to grow our business and market presence.
