**Responsibilities**

**Project Management**
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop project charters, work plans, timelines, resource allocations and communication plans.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, track milestones, and proactively address risks or barriers.

**Collaboration and Engagement**
- Work closely with staff, leadership, families and other partners to gather input and keep people informed and involved through the project.
- Build positive relationships across the agency to support shared understanding and collaborative decision-making.
- Ensure communication is clear, inclusive, and responsive to different roles and perspectives.

**Monitoring and Reporting**
- Track progress against timelines, deliverables and outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare regular updates for team members, managers, and executive leadership.
- Support the evaluation of project impact and lessons learned.

**Process Improvement & Change Management**
- Identify opportunities to streamline or strengthen existing systems and workflows.

**Strategic Alignment**
- Ensure each project contributes meaningfully to the agency’s strategic plan and reflects a commitment to person and family centred care, and continuous improvement.

**Other**
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff involved in project work.
- Support the evolution of ROCK’s Project Management Office and supporting tools and resources to optimize project delivery across the agency.
- Commit to supporting client-centered care by adhering to ROCK’s principles of respect, collaboration, and service planning, as outlined in the agency’s strategic plan.
- Abide by the specific requirements of Section 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, as well as any further health and safety responsibilities outlined in the agency’s policy and procedure documents.
- Other duties as may be reasonably required.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in health administration, social sciences, project management or related field.
- Certification or formal training in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Lean, Agile)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting and leading projects, ideally in a mental health, health or non-profit environment.
- Familiarity with children’s services or community-based programming is an asset.
