**_Customer Service Junior Specialist_** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and looking to start a career in the tech industry.

This is a remote job. Hard work in an office wearing a suit is the same as hard work in pajamas at home at 2AM as far as BMI is concerned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Technical problem solving by building systems to facilitate business process
- Assisting in sales presentations
- Participating in client meetings
- Performing a variety of tasks for clients, such as troubleshooting technical issues, providing training on our products, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborating with our team to improve customer service processes and strategies

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong customer service mindset and a desire to help people
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
