Junior Marketing Coordinator

Overview This is a remote position. We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Junior Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organizing campaigns, creating content, analyzing performance, and keeping projects moving smoothly across teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and paid channels. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and assets with internal teams and external vendors. Maintain calendars and ensure deadlines are met. Draft social media posts, basic graphics, and short‑form content for multiple platforms. Help manage social media scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking. Support the creation of blog posts, newsletters, landing pages, and promotional materials. Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversions, email performance, and social media metrics. Prepare weekly or monthly reports to highlight trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Assist with A/B testing and basic competitor research. Support logistics for webinars, virtual events, workshops, and promotional activations. Organize marketing files, assets, and databases. Manage inventory of promotional materials and coordinate distribution when needed. Collaborate closely with sales, design, and product teams to keep projects aligned. Help ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials. Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general marketing operations. Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (internships included). Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email, social media, paid ads). Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, CRM systems, or email marketing platforms (an asset). Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Creative, curious, and eager to learn. Ideal Candidate Traits Proactive and willing to jump in wherever needed.
