**YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE**:
Reporting to the Sustainability Specialist, this position will be responsible for coordinating the Company’s sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures. The position will work closely with all divisions and Corporate teams including, Corporate Communications, Human Relations, Community Relations and Investors Relations departments. The person will be responsible for managing social sustainability performance data including monitoring related disclosure update and changes. The incumbent will also support Agnico Eagle’s stakeholder engagement software (Borealis) and provide support for the Company’s social sustainability initiatives including Sustainability Materiality Assessment and Stakeholder Advisory Committee.
**Sustainability Reporting (50%)**
- Support preparation of the annual sustainability report and supporting material including
- Develop and maintain project checklists to keep annual reporting process on schedule
- Support organization of kick-off meetings with corporate teams and vendors
- Support preparation of case studies and initiatives contributing to the UN SDGs
- Prepare information for supporting disclosures including powerpoint presentations, website update, social media campaign
- Coordinate preparation of supporting material including regional summaries and topic-specific reports
- Coordinate translation of reports
- Support graphic designer and other technical support
- Contribute to the development of reporting process improvements
- Coordinate Governance, People and Communities section of the Sustainability Report including:
- Identify required content updates and changes
- Coordinate and provide support to corporate teams’ data collection process including working with operations, template updates and coordinate data and variance analysis at corporate level
- Support preparation of the report in accordance with the standards and frameworks: GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
- Develop and maintain project checklists to keep the annual reporting process on schedule.
- Ensure information on external website and Intranet is current and accessible
- Provide content and support for redesign of sustainability section of website
- Provide content and support for creation of sustainability intranet page
- Coordinate submissions and revisions of social sustainability content for external ESG ratings agencies surveys and reports and investor requests including Sustainalytics, S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), Workforce Disclosure Initiative (WDI), etc
**ESG Reputation Management (20%)**
- Maintain ESG ratings and survey calendar to ensure an efficient review process and timely delivery of requests;
- Manage accesses for all ESG portals and maintain register of provider contacts;
- Support preparation of quarterly ESG + Reputational Management Steering Committee meeting;
- Assess analysts’ and ESG rating agencies opinions on Agnico Eagle’s ESG performance and/or reporting and identify areas for improvement.
**Stakeholder Engagement Software Support (15%)**
- Manage user access, data dictionaries and site configurations;
