As our QA Specialist, you’ll be the guardian of quality, ensuring our website and travel products deliver the smooth, “wow-worthy” experience our customers deserve.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Test our website, booking flows, and product features to make sure everything runs smoothly for travelers.
- Spot bugs, inconsistencies, or UX issues that others might miss, and clearly document them for the team.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and operations to ensure requirements are clear and quality is top-notch.
- Write, organize, and execute test cases based on Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Keep an eye on different user scenarios and edge cases — thinking like a traveler at every step.
- Track and verify bugs making sure fixes are properly tested before release.
- Stay curious and proactive, learning new tools, automation, and the ins and outs of our travel platform.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Experience with bug tracking tools.
- Database knowledge (SQL).
- A coding language for automation testing. Knowledge of a test automation framework, i.e.: Playwright.
- Strong attention to detail: nothing slips past you.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to read and understand technical specs and turn them into clear test cases.
- A problem-solving mindset with the curiosity to dig deeper when something doesn’t look right.
- A collaborative, team-player attitude.
- Familiarity with Agile and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- A good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Tester notre site web, les parcours de réservation et les fonctionnalités produits pour vous assurer que tout fonctionne sans accroc pour les voyageurs.
- Détecter les bogues, incohérences ou problèmes UX que d’autres pourraient manquer, et les documenter clairement pour l’équipe.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les développeurs, chefs de produit et l’équipe opérationnelle pour que les besoins soient bien définis et que la qualité soit irréprochable.
- Rédiger, organiser et exécuter des cas de tests basés sur les PRD (Product Requirement Documents).
- Garder en tête différents scénarios et cas limites en vous mettant toujours dans la peau du voyageur.
- Suivre et vérifier les bogues, en vous assurant que les correctifs soient bien testés avant leur mise en ligne.
- Rester curieux(se) et proactif(ve), en apprenant de nouveaux outils, l’automatisation et toutes les subtilités de notre plateforme de voyage.

**Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe**:

- Expérience avec des outils de suivi de bogues.
- Connaissances en bases de données (SQL).
- Une langue de programmation pour les tests automatisés. Connaissance d’un framework de test automatisé (ex. : Playwright).
- Une grande attention aux détails : rien ne vous échappe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication.
- La capacité de lire et comprendre des spécifications techniques et de les transformer en cas de tests clairs.
- Un esprit analytique et curieux, toujours prêt(e) à creuser quand quelque chose semble anormal.
- Une attitude collaborative et un vrai esprit d’équip
