Your role at Clorox:
The Payroll & HR Coordinator is responsible for providing support for key Payroll & HR processes. Some of the roles' priorities are administrative in nature, while others will be more short and medium-term project in nature. This position is an excellent developmental opportunity, offering a breadth of exposure in a Payroll and Manufacturing environment, for someone who aspires to pursue a career in HR. Role will be hybrid with 2-3 days working from home and/or 2-3 days working onsite is required.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People& (HR) team in areas of recruitment, payroll, benefits, file maintenance, reporting and written correspondence. Duties will include tasks such as the following:
- Payroll & Benefits Administration - Responsible for supporting accurate and timely data, Benefits systems including uploading Workday files into ADP Workforce Now, gathering employment documents, creating finance reports and invoices on a timely basis. Answering general employee questions as required.- Support New Hire Process - Assemble new hire kits, coordinate activities relating to onboarding, internal communications (printed and virtual), and support hiring process- Administrative Responsibilities - Provides support in receiving and allocating invoices and works with AP to ensure processing, assist with HR documentation (filing, confirmations of employment, employment documents, internal communications, box management), maintenance of organizational charts, assist in execution of recognition and benefits programs, biweekly distribution of pay statements (includes coupons), invoicing- File & HR Data Management - Responsible for organizing and maintenance of employment documents & employee updates in ADP Workforce Now & Workday, benefits portal, and management of HR SharePoint portal- Recruitment - Assisting in full-cycle hourly recruitment process and support salaried recruitment process as needed- Reporting - Responsible for generation of monthly reports (including ad-hoc reports).
What we look for:
- Previous experience working in an Administrative HR/Payroll role- Education or equivalent experience in Human Resources Management or related field- Sound knowledge of human resources management fundamentals, principles and concepts- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint, Adobe- Experience and working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Workday is an asset- Reliable transportation to Brampton head office, Brampton and Orangeville plants- High integrity with the ability to deal with confidential, sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism- Solid analytical skills, ability to review and analyze data
