**Data Economics Manager**:
We’re looking for a **Data Economics**Manager**who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, game design, and business strategy - using your insights to optimize performance, guide decisions, and influence everything from feature rollout to player retention.

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- Analyze in-game economies, player behavior, and key performance indicators to uncover opportunities and shape strategic decisions.
- Build models to forecast the impact of gameplay changes on user engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, improve cost-efficiency, and optimize return.
- Monitor product and campaign performance, recommending and initiating strategic changes based on data.
- Execute hands-on configuration of internal systems to support player segmentation, campaigns, and feature deployments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate user acquisition, monetization, and engagement strategies.
- Translate complex data into simple, compelling insights that inform product development and business direction.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or system strategy roles, ideally in gaming, tech, or entertainment.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets to derive insights.
- Excellent communication—you make data approachable and decisions easier to make.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems and optimizing performance.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- Bonus points if you genuinely love games and understand how player behavior and in-game systems connect.
