Logistics Specialist

**Description**
**The Role**
Picture several thousand packages. Each is heading to one of over 150 countries, by way of numerous different courier services, all of which pick up their shipments at different times. For some, managing this scenario sounds like a nightmare. For you, it sounds like Tuesday. Our Logistics Team springs to action. In the amount of time that most people spend cooking dinner, dozens of able hands have plowed through hundreds of parcels.
Of course, a shipping operation of this scope requires more than able hands. There's documentation to process, manifests to close, and order issues to resolve. That's where you come in. In much the same way that one would be foolish to climb Mount Everest without a guide, the Logistics Team relies on your support to conquer the mountain of parcels that pass through our doors, every single day.
Whether you're brushing up on import / export regulations for the Logistics Manager, working with our Customer Experience team to ensure problem orders are getting delivered, or documenting API failures with Software Engineering, you're the connective tissue between the Logistics Team and the rest of the organization - taking point on high-level logistics work for everyone's benefit... not least of all, our customers.
When the Logistics team descends the mountain, another day of packages has been prepped for shipment to dbrand's adoring legion of fans. Every single one of them is in the process of having the purchase experience of their lives - because you made it happen. Rising to the day's challenges comes easily when you're the best at what you do, but it's that external validation which keeps you looking forward to the challenges of tomorrow. You're more than just a Logistics Specialist... you're a Logistics Specialist at dbrand.
**The Environment**
At dbrand, expect a clean, modern, well-lit warehouse with desks, chairs, and rows of inventory bins. The warehouse floor? You could eat off it. Should you? Who can say? We're not scientists. Instead, we're a team who works hard and plays hard. There's nothing we're more committed to than ongoing growth... other than unparalleled product quality and customer experience.
What's in it for you? Well, unlike most companies, we actually care about the work we're doing. Our customers deserve no less than the absolute best. At dbrand, you have the opportunity to create once-in-a-lifetime purchase experiences for them. If you're someone who's detail-oriented, committed, and excited about our mission, you'll do more than thrive here.
Before you can get the opportunity to join our passionate, dynamic team and create unparalleled customer experiences as part of our Logistics team, you'll need to prove yourself. Let’s see if you’ve got what it takes
