We are currently seeking an experienced dedicated **Receptionist/Bookkeeper** to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, personable and ready to make an impact at a growing firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receptionist:_
- Greet clients in person and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach
- Handle incoming calls and general inquiries
- Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and coordinate administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records, perform data entry, and support document preparation
- Assist with client invoicing and collections
- Assemble and track tax package signing and filing (personal and corporate)
- Provide general office support and assist with seasonal workflows (Saturday shifts required during March and April)
- Bookkeeping:_
- Provide full-cycle bookkeeping for a variety of clients using **Sage, QuickBooks Desktop and Quickbooks online**:

- Perform A/R, A/P, payroll and bank reconciliations
- Communicate with clients, government agencies and team members
- Reconcile CRA program accounts and prepare required filings (GST and T-Slip)

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years of prior receptionist and bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with Sage and Quickbooks (QBO and Desktop) Prior experience with Caseware, Jazzit, MS Office, and personal tax software (Cantax, Profile, Tax Prep, etc.) would be considered an additional asset
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and clients with professionalism
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
