We are looking for a **Part-Time Operations Assistant** to support our events, recreation services, and facility operations.

**About the Role**

As an **Operations Assistant**, you will assist in a variety of tasks to support events, rentals, recreation passes, and grounds maintenance. This role is ideal for a hands-on, versatile team player who enjoys working in a dynamic outdoor and event-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring smooth operations.
- Support recreation pass sales and provide customer assistance for rentals.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of event spaces and facilities.
- Perform general grounds maintenance, including light landscaping and outdoor setup.
- Provide on-site support for guests, answering questions and ensuring a positive experience.
- Monitor and restock event and rental supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members across different departments to ensure seamless operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Prior experience in event operations, hospitality, recreation, or facility maintenance is an asset but not required.
- **Versatility & Adaptability**: Comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capable of lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing outdoor tasks.
- **Team Player**: Works well with others and communicates effectively.
- **Customer Service Mindset**: Friendly, approachable, and able to assist guests professionally.
- **Flexible Availability**: Willing to work weekends, evenings, and event-based shifts as required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

- Monday to Friday

- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
