**The team**:
The Strategic Alliances Marketing Manager's focus will be to help support the Strategic Alliance Marketing team with reporting, building campaigns and communicating to the company about the technology partnerships.

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances Marketing, the incumbent in this position is responsible to managing activities linked to the Technology Partner Program, Partner reporting & Analytics as well as, Strategic Alliances sponsorship. Duties would also involve working closely with other departments such as Sales, Legal, Procurement and various Partner Eco System Development Groups.

**What your day will look like**:

- Manage the duties/tasks of the Strategic Alliances Marketing Coordinator(s)
- Manage the Marketing portion of the Technology Partner Program
- Gather, track, and analyse Technology Partner performance results and provide insights on improvements, gaps and opportunities
- Create presentations from the reporting for the Sales/Marketing/Product teams
- Collaborate across multiple Partner Eco System departments to ensure accountability and timely delivery of integration activities as well as promoting partnerships internally and externally
- Manage content creation, co-promotion campaigns and social media linked to partners in the technology partner program
- Manage all technology partner sponsorship contracts and work with events team to ensure all partners are secured for corporate events/tradeshows
- Work with the Receivables department to create invoices for Technology Partner program marketing package/follow-ups of payments, sponsorships for events
- Responsible for tracking the routing process of all Strategic Alliance contracts and nondisclosure agreements for signature
- Manage the Microsoft partner center portal to provide sales organization co-sell opportunities

**About you**:

- Enjoys working with people
- Enjoys working with numbers and gaining insights from them
- Knowledge of dashboard platforms like PowerBI is an asset
- Good written & verbal communications; English and French proficiency (spoken and written)
- Nice-to-have hands-on experience with any of these specific tools (or equivalent tools):

- Bloomreach brXM Web CMS (Content Management System)
- Excel
- Adobe Marketo marketing automation platform
- Wrike
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate with others in a tactful and courteous manner
- Ability to prepare correspondence and reports
- Ability to travel up to 25%
