**Overview**
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Food Service Nutrition Manager (CSNM Certified) to lead our nutrition team in providing top-notch dietary services. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our residents receive personalized nutrition care tailored to their needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the Dietary department, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and Ministry of Long-Term Care standards.
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized care plans that promote optimal nutrition.
- Lead and mentor a team of nutrition staff, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Registered Dietician, Resident's Council, Food Committee and Nursing
- Participate in multidisciplinary team care conferences and established teams and committees within the Home as an integral part of the Home's leadership
- Implement health coaching strategies to empower residents in making informed food choices.
- Handle budgeting responsibilities for the dietary department, ensuring efficient use of resources.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate of a recognized Food Service Supervisor's diploma course. CSNM Certification is required; additional certifications in dietetics or nutrition are a plus.
- Proven experience in assisted living or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
- Strong background in patient assessment, care planning, and dietary management.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff members.
- Ability to manage budgets while maintaining high-quality service standards in the dietary department.
- Experience working in Long Term Care preferred.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Point Click Care.
