Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general renovation work including:
- Overseeing and managing of employees, trades, and on site quality control
- Framing, drywall installation & finishing
- Flooring (various types)
- Painting and trim work
- Cabinet and fixture installation
- Follow project plans, update task progress in app-based tracking system
- Assist with site prep and cleanup as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Suggest improvements to processes or materials to enhance quality and efficiency Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in residential renovations or skilled trades
- Proficiency in multiple trades (framing, drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Comfortable using digital tools for time and task tracking
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
- Basic tool set (required)
- Ability to commute to Leduc and job sites across Edmonton and surrounding area (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Ability to haul tools and materials from the shop or suppliers is required. A truck or van will be required (compensation offered) Compensation & Benefits
