**Job Overview**:
The Packager is responsible for packaging goods and materials to ensure they are securely prepared for shipment or storage. The role involves adhering to quality standards, maintaining accurate records, and working in a safe and efficient manner.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Wait at end of assembly line to pack products securely and efficiently.
- Follow guidelines and safety procedures on shift.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging and report any issues.
- Organize and prepare packaging materials such as boxes, tapes, bubble wrap, and other packaging supplies.
- Keep track of packaging materials and alert supervisors when stock is low.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep the packing area clean and organized.
- Ensure that all packaged items meet quality and company standards before shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of packed items and assist in preparing shipment documentation.
- Work with warehouse and shipping teams to meet deadlines and fulfill orders efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in packaging or warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (may vary by job).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Standing for long periods.
- Lifting and carrying items up to a certain weight (typically 25-50 pounds).
- Repetitive motions involved in packaging.
- Use of machinery such as tape dispensers, box cutters, and labeling tools.

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
