Hotel Houseperson

To deliver a great guest experience, a House Attendant will be responsible for maintaining public & staff hotel areas to ensure that our guests are consistently amazed with the services we offer. Your warm personality, work ethic and excellent customer service skills will impact how our guests perceive the hotel. An accomplished cleaner, the House Attendant will efficiently and thoroughly complete their duties, always doing a quality job to leave the property in an excellent state of affairs.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Clean and service assigned Hotel areas
- Stock linen closets and supplies
- Adhere to the Hotel’s policy regarding security of bedrooms and master keys
- Ensure the correct handling of lost guest property
- Report all necessary maintenance issues to Maintenance Department
- Listen attentively to customer requests, able to accurately identify needs or suggest appropriate solutions/alternatives
- Report guest issues to the Housekeeping Manager/Housekeeping Supervisor
- Report all damaged or missing articles to the Housekeeping Office
- Deal with guest requests in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner
- Work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner with colleagues assisting where necessary to develop team spirit and to achieve goals
- Follow all safety and security procedures and regulations
- Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations
- Maintain standards of punctuality, uniform and personal hygiene
- Perform additional duties as assigned or directed by management (laundry, small maintenance repairs, etc.)
