**Job description**

For the past 40 years Regal Auctions is a leader in the automotive and industrial auction business. The company is based in Calgary, Alberta. Regal Auctions Ltd. has an immediate opening for a full-time position as a Condition Report Writer / Lot Attendant at the Calgary facility. Regal offers its employees a safe and dynamic place to work in an exciting environment.

**The duties for this position include**

  • Operation of handheld electronic devices for the purposes of photographing and documenting the condition of assets, not limited to, but including automotive vehicles and industrial equipment.
  • Focus and attention to detail in photography and written documentation.
  • Boosting and repositioning vehicles in the auction lot.
  • Being a part of a fast-paced team within the company that is responsible for providing customers with transparent information.
  • Maintaining a reasonable work pace along other team members committed to performance in the Condition Report Department.
  • Automotive mechanical or autobody experience or background.
  • Ability to work outdoors as required.
  • Proficiency with Standard and Automatic Vehicles
  • Experience or background in specialty equipment or industrial assets would be considered an asset (motorcycles, snowmobiles).
  • Smartphone proficiency and ability to learn and adapt to processes.
  • Effective verbal and strong written communication skills to document files, describe assets, and articulate facts.

**Experience**
