**About the Role**

As a Game Day Assistant, you’ll be the go-to leader on Saturdays, using your independent judgment and strong problem-solving skills to ensure fair play, player safety, and a positive atmosphere. You’ll support our officiating team, uphold league standards, and resolve issues on the spot. Your conflict resolution training and highly developed skills will be a key asset.

**What You’ll Do**
- Referee Support: Help recruit, train, and schedule officials; observe games and provide feedback.
- Game Oversight: Monitor games, enforce rules, and resolve disputes in real-time.
- Conflict Resolution: Be the first point of contact for concerns, de-escalate conflicts, and manage issues professionally.
- Foster Positivity: Uphold an inclusive, respectful environment for all.
- Communication & Reporting: Keep clear communication with staff and prepare incident reports.
- General Support: Assist with equipment, field setup, and special events as needed.
