**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor staff, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- ** Store Operations**: Open and close the store efficiently, ensuring all safety and operational protocols are followed.
- ** Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional service by understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and addressing inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
- ** Merchandising & Inventory**: Oversee product displays, support inventory processes, and help drive sales through promotions and strategic product placement.
- ** Health & Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe environment for employees and customers.
- ** Support Management**: Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while managing daily operations in the absence of store management.
