We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Real Estate Conveyancer to support brokerage operations and ensure transaction files are complete and audit-ready.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Conveyancer is responsible for the administrative, documentation, and compliance requirements of real estate transaction files within the brokerage. This role ensures all brokerage documentation meets regulatory standards and works closely with agents and legal offices to support timely and well-coordinated closings.

Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Administration
- Open, organize, and maintain complete digital transaction files
- Monitor conditions, deposits, and critical transaction timelines
- Ensure all required brokerage forms and disclosures are properly completed and signed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation

Compliance & File Review
- Review transaction files for brokerage and regulatory compliance
- Ensure required documentation is collected and properly stored
- Prepare files for internal review and audit
- Follow up with agents and parties on missing or outstanding documents

Agent & Legal Coordination
- Provide administrative support to agents throughout the transaction process
- Coordinate with legal offices regarding closing documentation and requirements
- Communicate file updates, reminders, and next steps to agents
- Maintain professional and timely communication

Systems & Organization
- Update transaction management systems and CRM accurately
- Maintain clear file notes and task tracking
- Follow established brokerage workflows and support consistency across files

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a real estate brokerage conveyancing or transaction administration role
- Strong understanding of brokerage compliance and documentation requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently
- Comfortable working independently in a brokerage environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Alberta real estate brokerage transactions
- Familiarity with MLS systems and brokerage transaction platforms
- Experience working within a real estate brokerage
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
