In this role, you will inspire, engage and equip your staff through active coaching, ongoing development and meaningful recognition, to support your team in providing financial solutions and advice that effectively meet members’ needs. Your primary focus is operational leadership across all branch services to deliver Kindred service for members who want to experience banking with purpose. Specifically, this means you will lead the management and development of investment and credit portfolios; provide oversight to cash operations; and fulfill branch reporting, budgeting and compliance activities. As a local business leader, you will forge strong relationships with our growing membership and community partners, to fulfill our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provides branch leadership and oversight to meet organizational goals
- Promote Kindred’s products and services to achieve branch growth and ensure members are appropriately served
- Develop and execute plans for business development in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams
- Foster an environment that develops and motivates staff in delivering a Kindred service experience

You will combine your proven team leadership and coaching skills with your operational knowledge and experience in financial services. You have a strong community mindset and are comfortable networking and connecting with people. Finally, you demonstrate a passion for building members’ financial literacy, growing their confidence in making financial decisions, and connecting them with Kindred’s purpose and values.

**Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience**:

- Completion of a post-secondary program in Commerce, Business, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in the financial industry in a member-facing role
- Business development
- Expertise in lending or investments (preferred)
- Experience in people leadership (preferred)
