Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced pastry chef who is skilled at making croissants, breads and other pastries. Experience with gluten free and vegan baking is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organization and time-management skills. Thorough cleaning of kitchen area daily.
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow recipes and guidelines
- Flexibility to work morning or afternoon shifts and weekends

- Quick and efficient
- Food industry knowledge
- Food handling techniques
