**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring all facilities are clean and presentable for the comfort and safety of Larga’s clients and staff;
- Daily Duties: Ensure atriums, common areas, toys, kitchen and dining areas, stairwells, guest rooms and all washrooms are thoroughly cleaned. Washrooms are to be restocked with toiletries. Ensure storage closets are always stocked on each floor. Laundry must be washed and folded, and laundry room is to be kept cleaned and tidy. Empty all garbage’s and remove waste. Shovel/sweep outside guest spaces and ensure ashtrays are dumped regularly.
- Ensure office areas are thoroughly cleaned, including staff room microwave/fridge. For long-term guests, change bed linens once per week or more frequently as needed. Baby supplies are to be wiped down weekly along with emergency exists, the wheelchair lift and medication fridge.
- Label any personal items left behind and turn them into reception.
- Assist clients as needed, be helpful if they have questions and help direct them to the appropriate individual.
- Advise Supervisor of any faulty equipment or damage to buildings/furniture.
- Timely and accurate completion of any administrative areas.
- Time sheets are to be completed and submitted as per Larga policy.
- Review and log daily entries in the communication book for efficiency of shifts change.
- Attend staff/safety meetings as required.
- Perform other duties as required, Larga Ltd. policies and procedures must be adhered to when completing all responsibilities.

- Quick and timely decision-making skills.
- Able to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Must be able to successfully pass a medical each year.
