Leduc Regional Housing Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a team environment. This part-time position would be responsible for working a minimum of 45 hours bi-weekly on a rotating schedule of 11:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Reporting to the Chef, the Night Kitchen Aide will perform duties including vegetable preparation, baking, cleaning of the kitchen, kitchen equipment and appliances and support the Night Housekeeper position to ensure the well-being of residents with minimum supervision. As a member of the Leduc Regional Housing Foundation team, the Night Kitchen Aide ensures that a high standard of service is always provided to the residents.

**This is a temporary position with anticipated dates from - November 1, 2024, to, January 6, 2026**

**Qualifications**:
1. Food Service experience with cooking and baking in a commercial kitchen setting is preferred.

2. Knowledge of proper food handling practices - Food Handler's Certificate preferred.

3. W.H.M.I.S. Training.

4. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal is required.

5. Strong customer service skill including the ability to interact with everyone in a respectful manner.

6. Ability to perform work duties with a minimum of supervision.

7. Ability to work independently, as well as a team.

8. Ability to work a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends).

9. Standard First Aid Certificate.

10. Experience working with and meeting the needs of seniors.
