**Responsibilities**:

- Specializing in the Re-Roofing and Maintenance market
- Attend Re-Roofing tender site meetings
- Meet with building owners to provide re-roofing proposals
- Accurately measure and determine existing roof conditions
- Maintain existing and build relationships with new clients
- Prepare estimates and accurately fill out tender documents
- Follow up with clients
- Prepare work orders and complete customer paperwork
- Prepare and give instructions to superintendents and roofing foremen
- Prepare and give sales presentations
- Order materials and supplies as required

**Qualifications**:

- Roofing estimating experience
- Knowledge of various roofing systems: EPDM, TPO, PVC. SBS, BUR ect
- Ability to read and understand specifications and tender documents
- Must be personable, customer focused and be able to present yourself in a professional manner
- Knowledge of computers and basic programs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Must be a self-motivated person
- Physically able to set up ladders and access roofs
- Good knowledge of various commercial roofing systems
- Valid Drivers license
