We are seeking a Install Coordinator to join Dock Products Canada Inc. in our Mississauga office.

Dock Products Canada is the Canadian division of 4Front, a global leader in the design and manufacture of safety, productivity and environmental control products for warehousing, manufacturing, retail and distribution center customers. As the largest manufacturer of loading dock and warehouse equipment, Dock Products Canada handles loading dock needs from start to finish, with a comprehensive network of factory direct offices that sell, distribute, install and service products across Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch sub-contractors in Canada
- Coordinate and modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers.
- Follow up on all on service calls throughout the day
- Order review and processing to customer service department
- Resolve site and installation issues with installer/customer
- Act as customer contact advising on order changes, order status, ship dates, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues by engaging internal resources as necessary, and follow-through to resolution
- Generate and submit Closeout Documents
- Issue purchase orders to clients, receive purchase orders and submit to accounts payable
- Quote new service for clients
- After hour service calls dispatched
- New Customer set-up
- Follow-up with customer for final approval, issue closeout documents, etc.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Promote the company’s operational visions, values, and goals
- Ability to preform a variety of different office/administrative tasks as required to assist with the overall operation of the office
- Participation in training or other team activities to support ongoing continuous improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, or his/her designate.

**Qualifications**:

- JDE experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Construction or loading dock industry experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word) with an ability to quickly learn new software.
- Must be able to, work independently
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and maintain performance in changing work environment
- Effective interpersonal skills required
- High School diploma or equivalent

*Probation period employee will in office for training, after which will turn into a hybrid position working from home/office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 21 months

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5T 1L6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
