Our company is steadily growing and we'd like YOU to join us on a permanent basis **Key Responsibilities**: - Supervise and lead crew members, providing guidance, instruction, and support - Operate and maintain concrete pump - Manage preventative maintenance of pump including cleaning/greasing as required - Collaborate with PM's to ensure proper project execution - Work with other divisions within the company to complete projects - Read blueprints and site plans **Qualifications**: - Minimum 2-4 years concrete experience - Must have a valid drivers license and condition 15, ability to drive a trailer - Be a team player - Good organization and time management skills - Can stand, walk, and bend for long hours - Work outside in various weather conditions - Be open to a variety of different tasks that can differ day-to-day - Must be able to lift 100lbs - Can start ASAP **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. - A supportive and collaborative work environment. - The chance to work on diverse and exciting projects that make a difference in the community.
