The **Digital Marketing Analyst** combines strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for building data-driven marketing campaigns. Your expertise in demand generation and growth marketing will contribute to several exciting projects focused on lead generation and growing regional brand awareness.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Oversee marketing campaigns to ensure timely, efficient, and high-ROI execution of all tasks
- Develop comprehensive paid and organic digital media strategies to drive leads and brand awareness
- Build targeted campaigns to support regional marketing initiatives, adapting to various demographics and market dynamics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing assets are seamlessly integrated into broader campaigns
- Consult and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet objectives and timelines, and align with overarching strategies
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform campaign targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, advertising, copywriting, social media, and SEO
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and generate weekly and monthly reports to measure success and identify improvements
- Analyze traffic and monitor ads across multiple advertising platforms (e.g. META, Google)
- Track and report on the larger marketing team budget
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital media, marketing or related field
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience with digital performance strategy execution in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads (including Search and Performance Max), Microsoft Ads, and other digital advertising platforms
- Process-driven mindset, have high attention to detail, very analytical, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Resourcefulness and thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities change.
- Team player attitude, ready to help wherever needed.
