**Responsibilities**:
The Shutdown Coordinator will coordinate the annual maintenance shutdown.
- Lead shutdown planning activities to ensure the shutdown is efficient and productivity is maximized.
- Develop a shutdown execution plan including resourcing strategy.
- Work with maintenance, operations, projects and SHEQ to lock-down shutdown scope.
- Implement and maintain the shutdown schedule and hold frequent reviews with site stakeholders.
- Hold shutdown planning meetings, increasing in frequency as shutdown nears.
- During the shutdown, lead shutdown coordination activities and make real-time decisions for variances to plan.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong shutdown experience on industrial sites
- Proficient understanding of mineral or resource processing
- Proven experience in winning and delivering shutdown services on time and budget.
- Strong task management skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated success in building trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communicative, analytical and adaptability skills
- Must be self sufficient, self motivated and the ability to multitask.
