Job responsibilities:
70% of your time will be devoted to **developing user skills by structuring training on our production tools and related business processes**.
- ** Map production processes** and link them to transactions in our systems (SAP/MII-QN-QIM, CTI and others).
- Maintain and monitor manufacturing processes in plants.
- Manage the **documentation structure** and develop training documents
- Train and support users on existing tools and processes.
- ** Collaborate **with IT development, finance, operations, supply chain and planning teams.
- Develop dashboards using PowerBi
- Evolve the acquisition and analysis of plant data and support the definition of key performance indicators for our operations.
- Set up a **network of strong super-users** at our sites in Canada and the United States to support the evolution of our technological tools.
- 30% of your time will be spent participating in, monitoring and resolving issues/initiatives related to the evolution of our manufacturing processes and operational excellence.
To achieve this, you will certainly need to:
- Excellent **analytical skills**, ability to synthesize information and communicate it in layman's terms
- Good organizational skills, collaboration and training skills
- Be able to travel frequently

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field;
- Five years' experience in manufacturing or other relevant experience;
- Experience in managing environments and delivering SAP, CTI & Power BI implementations
- Proficiency in Process Mapping (Visio & others)
- Bilingualism required (French/English);
- Experience in the pulp and paper industry (an asset).
