One way we earn our members’ trust is by being available when they need us. This means that our Lifestyle Managers’ 40 hr schedule includes working late, working weekends, and is adaptable to meet the needs of our members. However, anyone working on a weekend will get an extra $2/hr for every hour worked. Last, we're looking for someone who matches our approach to life in general. We need people who love to laugh, embrace change, give off infectious positivity, and have an unrelenting passion for service in every aspect of their lives. Below is a list of our benefits outside of providing Medical, Dental, and Vision - Extra $2 for every hour worked on a weekend. - Double time pay for hours worked on New Year’s, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day only, and Christmas. - 22 days of PTO your first year and maxing out at 32 days per year in your 4th year (based on a 40hr work week). - 3 extra float days after 2 years of work. - Loyalty bonus at 3yrs, 5yrs, and 10yrs of work. - Sabbatical every 5 yrs. of work. - Tuition reimbursement - Travel/hospitality training and constant development of those skills. - Full catalog of learning modules that cover a wide range of categories. - Travel discounts and countless discounts provided by our Partnerships team - Discount on pet insurance, legal advisory, and a multitude of other supplemental benefits - IATA card after 90 days which gives access to travel discounts - Quarterly bonus - Working Holidays: Ability to work from any of our 23 global offices for a short period of time.
